We strictly respect your digital privacy and collect only the minimum data required to process orders, deliver components, and issue compliant GST tax invoices.

2. Information We Collect

• Account & Identification: Name, 10-digit mobile phone number, email address, and encrypted password hash.
• Fulfillment & Delivery: Campus hostel/lab location, gate number, room number, or home delivery postal address and Indian 6-digit Pincode.
• B2B GST Details: Registered company/entity name and GSTIN for business tax invoices.
• Manufacturing Files: Gerber ZIP archives, STL/3MF 3D models, and BOM spreadsheets uploaded for quotation and fabrication. All files are private and encrypted in storage.

3. How We Use Your Data

Your personal information is used exclusively to dispatch orders, calculate exact GST tax brackets, verify UTR/UPI payments, send real-time delivery OTPs, and provide engineering customer support.

4. Intellectual Property & Customer Design Privacy

Any Gerber circuit board layout, CAD model, 3D STL file, or firmware uploaded to Partsly remains 100% your exclusive intellectual property. We do not inspect, reuse, or share client design files with unauthorized third parties.
