1. Platform Operations

By accessing partsly.in or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Partsly provides factory-direct electronic components, rapid 1-6 layer custom PCB fabrication, high-precision FDM/SLA 3D printing, and engineering project prototyping.

2. 100% Genuine Silicon & Component Sourcing

All ICs, sensors, development boards, and modules sold on Partsly are sourced directly from authorized factory distributors (including Espressif, STMicroelectronics, Raspberry Pi Foundation, and Microchip). Every component undergoes incoming electrical quality checks.

3. Custom PCB Fabrication & 3D Tolerances

• PCB Standards: Fabricated to IPC-A-600 Class 2 standards with 100% flying probe electrical testing. Standard board dimension tolerance is ±0.2mm.
• 3D Printing: Standard dimensional tolerance is ±0.3mm for FDM (PLA/PETG/ABS) and ±0.1mm for SLA Tough Resin.
• Customer Gerber / STL Integrity: Customers are responsible for verifying their design clearances, pinouts, and DFM rules prior to order confirmation.

4. Payments & Invoicing

All transactions are processed in Indian Rupees (INR) with integrated 18% GST. Payment is accepted via UPI (with verifiable 12-digit UTR transaction reference) and online payment gateways. Official GST tax invoices with HSN codes are generated for all orders.

5. Limitation of Liability

Partsly components and prototyping services are designed for commercial R&D, academic research, and hardware innovation. Partsly is not liable for indirect damages arising from circuit miswiring, incorrect supply voltages, or reverse polarity connection by the user.
