Customers can cancel any standard catalog order free of charge directly from their Account or Orders Desk at any time before the status transitions to "Dispatched".
Upon cancellation, the reserved silicon inventory is automatically restocked, and 100% of the payment is queued for refund.
Once a package is handed over to our courier partner (Bluedart, Delhivery, or DTDC) and an AWB tracking code is generated, the shipment cannot be intercepted in transit.
You may refuse delivery upon arrival at your doorstep, and the refund will be processed once the parcel returns to our Hyderabad fulfillment facility.
If an electronic component, sensor module, development board, or tool arrives physically damaged in transit or fails initial power-on electrical verification, Partsly provides an instant replacement or 100% refund within 7 days of verified delivery.

Custom manufactured circuit boards and 3D prints are custom-fabricated to customer design files. Because custom jobs cannot be restocked, cancellations must be requested before manufacturing exposure starts. If boards fail flying probe continuity or if 3D prints arrive deformed/out of tolerance from our specifications, we reprint and re-dispatch at zero charge.
